蔡甸下独山村：“三通一平” 实事办在居民心坎上

border-box;">下独山村姚家山新区紧邻蔡甸城关，现有居民230余人，89户，常住居民以老年人为主。住房全部是自建房，大多居住了30余年，由于时间长久，村湾的路坑坑洼洼，老旧的自来水管经常爆裂。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">去年，下独山村联系相关部门更换了村里的自来水管，居民们用水的“心病”解除了，实现了“水通”。今年上半年，村里的破损路、碎石路修好了，让村里的“路通”了，居民们再也不担心崴脚，出行再也不用“晴天一身灰，雨天一身泥”。</p></section><p border-box;">除了道路及用水问题，用气难也一直困扰着当地居民。由于这里基础设施陈旧，地势复杂，一直无法安装天然气，居民一直使用瓶装液化气或电磁炉做饭，给日常生活带来极大不便，也存在安全隐患。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">村里协调东方中油燃气公司，经过多次勘测和设计，利用该村污水改造路面开挖机会提前铺设了管线，将气源引入到姚家山新区。并且针对小区地势及住户居住环境的复杂性，采取“一户一策”，于今年9月完成了施工，居民们终于迎来了一直期盼的“气通”。</p><p
